"Client" means any person or business
who purchases or accesses Services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

by LH Bro) and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents,
downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Site and
its content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute,

Growth ($349/month): Includes Starter features + e-commerce (5 products), Google Suite setup,
social media automation, Meta ad management (1 ad, ad spend extra), priority email support. Ready
in 10 days.
Pro ($749/month): Includes Growth features + landing page, SEO optimization, AI chatbot, Meta
ad management (2 ads), reputation management, phone support. Ready in 14 days.

All services are delivered as described at time of purchase. Scope is limited to what is included
in each plan. Additional or custom requests may incur extra fees.
Clients may be provided access to a CRM portal during their subscription period. Use of these
tools is governed by third-party terms.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel orders at our discretion. If your payment has
been processed and your order is canceled prior to any services being delivered, we will issue a
full refund.

credentials, approvals, and other materials necessary to complete work. Delays in client communication

7. PAYMENTS
We accept payment via credit card. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge
your card for services rendered. You agree to maintain accurate billing information. Failed payments may
result in service interruption or termination.
All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid
charges.

solely for internal training, portfolio
, promotional, or system development

confidential business details will not be

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Stripe. We are not liable for any disruption, change in
policy, or account suspension that arises from these platforms, nor can we guarantee
continued access to their tools.

generation, business success, or financial outcomes. While we aim to deliver strategic and technical
