3. Booking a Call
When you book a call:
You agree to provide accurate information
You agree to show up at the scheduled time
We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your booking or follow up after the call
4. Payments & Billing
All prices will be shared with you before starting any project.
Payment is required before we begin work unless otherwise agreed.
Monthly plans are billed automatically every month on the agreed date.
If a payment fails, we may pause services until payment is completed.
There are no hidden fees.
5. Setup Time
We aim to deliver the initial website and setup within 5 business days, once:
You complete our onboarding form
You provide any required photos, content, or business details
Payment is received
Delays in providing required information may affect delivery time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Before setup begins:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After setup begins:
Because we begin work quickly, setup fees are non-refundable once the project has started.
Monthly plans:
You may cancel your monthly management subscription at any time.
Your service will continue until the end of the billing period.
7. Ownership of Website & Content
You fully own:
Your logo (if we created it for you)
Your website content
Your domain name (if purchased under your name)
If you cancel:
You can request a copy of your website files
You may move your site to another platform at your own cost
Hosting and management are provided only while you are on a monthly plan
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Provide any materials needed to complete your website
Not use our services for illegal or harmful activities
9. Our Responsibilities
We will:
Build and manage your online presence as described
Communicate professionally and honestly
Keep your information secure
Provide reasonable support for updates and changes
10. Use of Our Website
You agree not to:
Copy or steal our content
Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our website
Use our website for any harmful purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

Loss of business
Lost income
Website downtime caused by hosting providers
Incorrect information provided by the client
Results or performance from paid advertising (Meta ads)
We aim for high-quality results, but no digital service can guarantee specific revenue or customer numbers.
